For years, we worked alongside entrepreneurs, creatives, tourism businesses and enterprise development programmes. We noticed something surprising: businesses were receiving training, funding and support, and many were producing quality products, yet sustainable growth remained difficult to achieve. The challenge was rarely production alone. More often, businesses were being prepared to participate in markets that had never been properly identified, developed or tested. That gap became impossible to ignore, and ultimately became the reason Yoli N Consulting was founded.
Yoli N Consulting was established around a simple belief: markets should be built, not assumed. Too often businesses are encouraged to produce first and search for customers later. We take a different view. We begin by understanding markets, customers, opportunities and ecosystems before designing pathways for growth. Our role is not simply to help businesses sell more; it is to help create the conditions that make sustainable growth possible.
